DSJ Welcomes Australian Engineering Company PEMBROKE CONSTRUCTION for Factory Visit and Technical Collaboration

This week, DSJ had the pleasure of welcoming engineers from PEMBROKE CONSTRUCTION, a respected Australian engineering and construction company, to our manufacturing facility. The visit marked an important step in strengthening technical cooperation and building long-term partnership opportunities between both sides.

During the visit, the PEMBROKE CONSTRUCTION engineering team toured DSJ’s full production facilities in detail. They were given a comprehensive introduction to our powder coating workshop, sheet metal fabrication workshop, assembly workshop, and other key production areas. Our team provided an in-depth explanation of the entire manufacturing process, from raw material handling to final product assembly and quality inspection.

The visiting engineers showed strong interest in DSJ's capabilities in producing low-voltage and high-voltage switchboards, as well as temporary power distribution systems. Throughout the factory tour, both parties engaged in detailed technical discussions regarding product structure, manufacturing standards, component selection, and project-specific engineering requirements. The communication between DSJ engineers and the PEMBROKE CONSTRUCTION team was highly productive and technically focused, reflecting a strong alignment in engineering values and project expectations.

After the factory tour, both teams held an intensive face-to-face meeting to further discuss the drawings and technical plan of their current cooperation project. This session allowed both sides to review design details carefully and align on all technical requirements. Through close and constructive collaboration, DSJ successfully developed a complete set of drawings and solutions fully compliant with Australian Standard AS61439, one of the most important standards for low-voltage switchgear assemblies in Australia.

In addition, all major components specified in the solution were based on Schneider Electric brand products, ensuring high reliability, global compatibility, and compliance with international engineering standards. The final design not only met the technical requirements of the project but also fully aligned with the expectations of the Australian engineering team in terms of safety, performance, and system integrity.

The successful completion of this technical coordination resulted in both parties reaching a strong consensus on the project design. More importantly, it also established a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between DSJ and PEMBROKE CONSTRUCTION.
