Statement on the Successful Resolution of the Trademark Infringement Case Involving Our "DSJ" Brand

In late April 2026, the Huairou District People’s Procuratorate in Beijing concluded a criminal case of trademark infringement against our company’s legally held “DSJ” brand.

DSJ Electrical Co.,Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and one of Beijing’s first batch of specialized “Little Giant” companies. We have long focused on the manufacturing of electrical machinery and equipment. Our distribution products hold 60–70% of the Beijing market and have been specified for major national projects such as Beijing Sub-Center and Huairou Science City, as well as major events like the V-day parade (2015) and the 70th National Day parade (2019). Brand reputation and product quality are our lifelines.

Since 2018, an individual named Zhai was running an electrical materials business in Daxing, Beijing, mainly dealing in temporary power distribution equipment. In June 2023, without any authorization from us, Zhai organized the production of counterfeit “DSJ” distribution boxes. He built a cross-regional counterfeiting and sales network covering Hebei, Zhejiang, and Beijing. This involved ordering fake blue nameplates from a person in Zhejiang, counterfeit boxes and logos from Hebei, and fake core components like air switches and leakage protectors. All fake parts were assembled in a Daxing warehouse and then sold through building material markets and online platforms such as Taobao.

These counterfeit products had no quality or safety inspection, posing serious electrical hazards. If used in key projects or major events in the capital, they could easily cause severe electrical accidents.

We fully cooperated with the judicial authorities. In late 2025, the Huairou District People’s Procuratorate used an early intervention mechanism, set up a special team, quickly identified the suspects, and ensured nine key individuals were brought in. Given the cross-regional and organized nature of the case, the prosecutors fully uncovered the criminal structure, pursued all leads, and ultimately held 12 people accountable.

The successful resolution of this case not only fights IP crimes effectively but also protects major projects and public safety. We will continue to uphold high standards, defend the DSJ brand reputation, and work with law enforcement to combat counterfeiting and ensure electrical safety.
